AHLI KELUARGAKU MENANG ANUGERAH BINTANG PALING POPULAR BERITA HARIAN

Good evening everybody. Sorry I missed blogging for two days. I'm kinda busy with preparation of my product launching. Anyways, I just want to share with all of you that I am so proud of my cousin Shaheizy Sam (aka Adik). I don't really watch these Award Shows much but this time since adik has been nominated for 2 categories so I was totally excited to watch it. When they announced adik as the Pelakon Lelaki Popular Filem and Bintang Paling Popular, I was jumping up and down and like so happy I think everyone at the Nasi Lemak Cigku thinks I'm crazy. Hahaha!! Since his younger days, he has always been a good son to his parents, Khaty Fauziah Musa and my late uncle Abdul Samad Ja'aman a brother to my late father Abdul Karim Ja'aman. He was also very talented. He was born on 4th September and was the youngest in the family. He has 2 older sisters and 1 older brother. When he was young he was very manja. Isn't that cute?

ME A MODEL? NAH!

Hello and good evening my friends! Today I went to a wedding at Kg Baru with my boyfriend Drama SR. It was Kak Ha's wedding, as what my boyfriend calls her. Anyways, we arrived late around 3.30pm and met the bride and groom and went straight to have our late lunch. The food was delicious especially the "Ayam Goreng Berempah". I was so into the Ayam Goreng that when my food was finished and I was kinda shy to the another serving, I asked my sayang to get the Ayam Goreng for me. So he went and got some for me. It was nice and delicious. Alhamdullillah. After eating, we took pictures with the bride and groom and i had a little conversation with the bride which is my sayang's friend. She asked my "Nurul, are you a model?" and I was actually surprised and asked her to repeat her question again. I wasn't sure I was listening right or not. "Are you a model?" and I answered eh, no I'm not. If you see from my pictures in facebook it's actually just to promote my Food and Health Supplement to friends. My sayang just smiled all the way. Hahaha....

20 Minutes Cooking with chef NURELL

Today I had meetings and errands to do the whole day. by the end of the day, my head was spinning...dizzy-dizzy, spinning-spinning. I took my acti-fast and waited for a while. Arrived home I was so hungry and there was nothing to eat because my mama came home late because she was still in a meeting. So I decided to cook something easy and fast. Here is what I made, my special home-made mee hailam. Recipe is very simple:

7 garlic (blendered / smash with lesug batu)
2 red onion (blendered / smash with lesung batu)
dried shrimp (a handful)
chicken meat cut into small pieces
cilipadi (according to your liking)
cili boh (according to your liking)
soy sauce
oyster sauce
chicken stock (half cube)
yellow mee
600ml water

1) Firstly mix the garlic, red onion, dried shrimp, cili boh and cili padi into pan of hot oil.
2) Then put in the chicken meat.
3) fry until cook and aroma comes out.
4) put in the oyster sauce and chicken stock.
5) Then put in 600 ml of water.
6) Now put in the soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
7) wait until it boils.
8) put in eggs if you want and once the eggs are cooked take it out again. (I like the egg yolk to be soft)
9) Take out the eggs and put it in a bowl and then put in the yellow mee.
10) wait for 1 1/2 minutes and your mee hailam is all done. Separate the mee and the gravy so that the mee won't expand and suck the gravy.
11) Your mee hailam is ready to be serve.

 gravy and eggs

Mee (which has been separated from the gravy)

Very easy and fast right? So what are you still waiting for? Try it out and let me know how it worked out.....don't forget to leave your comment here....

Thanks and enjoy your meal.
